We take your privacy seriously. Below is an overview of what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Data controller
The data controller is WE LOVE EVENTS s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24857637, registered office Ve Studeném 302/5, Braník, 147 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 444775.

What data we process and why
When you send us an inquiry (e.g. via the rental basket or a form), we process the data you fill in yourself:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- message content
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to arrange a possible collaboration. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies. Essential technical cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) help us measure traffic anonymously and improve the site — but they are only stored after you give consent in the cookie bar.
Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are stored (Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
We never pass your data to anyone who would use it for their own purposes. To run the website and deliver messages we use vetted processors:
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of the submitted form to our email
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (with consent only)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security
- ALSflow — operation of the gear catalogue and delivery of basket inquiries
- WebGlobe, a.s. — EU hosting of the gear catalogue and its database
Some processors may process data outside the EU; in that case the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless a reason (e.g. a concluded contract) requires longer retention.
Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data, the GDPR gives you the right:
- to access your data
- to rectify inaccurate data
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
- to restrict processing
- to object to processing
- to data portability
- to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz)
To exercise any right, write to us at info@weloveevents.cz.
